Help me, Help you

Hello Citizens of West Oak Cliff!

One of the ways that community prosecutors work with the community is to regularly meet with key citizens to determine the problems that they are concerned about. By regular meetings, we can work together to solve the problems and ensure that City services are being utilized effectively in the process. Community prosecutors call these regular meetings Citizen A.C.T.I.O.N. (“All Coming Together In Our Neighborhood”) Team meetings. As stated above, community prosecutors are the bridge between you and the City of Dallas. The purpose of Citizen A.C.T.I.O.N. Team meetings is to keep the lines of communication open and to ensure that the problems that you see are same ones that we’re addressing. Also, we very much want to empower and educate you so that eventually, you can work us out of a job.

The very first Citizen A.C.T.I.O.N. Team meeting of the West Oak Cliff community prosecution target area is March 26, 2009 at 6:00p.m. We will meet at the Southwest Patrol Station at 4230 W. Illinois in Suite 201. Since this is right around dinner time, I will be providing some light snacks. Please give me a call if you have any questions at (214) 671-0281 or email me at whitney.sanderlin@dallascityhall.com. I sincerely hope to see you on March 26th!
