Did you know that according to Dallas City Code Sec. 51A-4.27(b)(9) you cannot have more than two (2) garage sales per year? If you have any questions about what qualifies as a garage sale, please call 311. If you are ticketed for having more than two (2) garage sales per year, it could cost you anywhere from $200 - $2000!!
