Did you know that the Dallas Police Department has a car seat safety program?
It’s a free service that educates parents and caregivers on proper selection and installation of their child safety seats. The Dallas Police Department has 20 police officers that are certified technicians that will come to your Dallas home, business or meet you at a substation – by appointment only.
Pregnant mothers are also encouraged to make appointments at least one month before their due date.

The West Oak Cliff community prosecution target area was established in August of 2007. Community Prosecution is designed to reach out to the public and fully engage them in addressing various community challenges such as deteriorated neighborhoods and crime.
